First day:
Breakfast: 2 slice toast brown .2 boiled egg.

fillet.
Dinner: cup fat-free yogurt + lettuce or cucumber.
The second day:
Breakfast: white piece of cheese the size of an egg,

Lunch: dish salad + 250 g grilled fish.
Dinner: turkey slices + Toast two slices brown +
skimmed yogurt.
The third day:
Breakfast: cup orange juice naturally, boiled egg is

Lunch: a can of tuna without oil, brown toast slice
Dinner: Apple + cup yogurt skimmed + toast brown
slice.
The fourth day:
Breakfast: cup grapefruit juice, egg omelet without

Lunch: chicken breast , and lemon.
Dinner: cup fat-free yogurt.
Day Five:
Breakfast: fruit fruit (orange or apple) + piece of
white fat-free cheese and toast.
Lunch: grilled fish dish with a green salad.
Dinner: lettuce package or option 2, non-fat yogurt,
a slice of toast brown.
Sixth day:
Breakfast: cup grapefruit juice, brown toast slice.
Lunch: vegetables without fat, cup apple juice or
grapefruit.
Dinner: yogurt cup lite.
The seventh day:
Breakfast: watermelon dish, a piece of cheese the
size of the egg white.
Lunch: roast beef piece free of fat, grilled
vegetables (colored peppers, zucchini)
Dinner: boiled egg, a glass of grapefruit juice.
Notes:
It is necessary to drink enough water every day to clean the
kidney of salt (about 8-10 cups) and the adoption of this method daily, and not
to eat any food after seven pm.
